Returns Policy

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Parts Express is committed to delivering you the best quality car parts. However, we also know that once in a while you may need to cancel an order or return an item. To ensure we can make this as easy as possible, please ensure you keep your receipt and any packaging with the item you purchased. All refunds will be made to the same method of payment as your purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory or distance selling rights.

Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of initial delivery.

All items must be returned unused in a saleable condition, together with the receipt, a completed returns form and your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the address label. Parts that appear to been fitted or used will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations

A cancellation can be made up to 7 days from point of order via phone: 0845 600 6560 or email (parts@andrewpage.com).
On cancellation you must return the goods to us at your cost in saleable condition, together with the receipt, a completed returns form and your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the address label.

Returns

Before returning an item, you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number by either calling 0845 600 6560 or email: parts@andrewpage.com.
This must be clearly stated on the address label, failure to do so will result in the parcel being rejected upon delivery.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving, in the original packaging with a Returns Form stating your Authorisation Number and a proof of purchase to the following address:

Refunds

A refund will be made once all items have been received and are in re-saleable condition. Failure to comply with the above procedure will result in refusal of the refund.

Return postage costs will only be refunded in the event that an error has been made on our behalf, or the goods were damaged/faulty. All other return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

All goods should be checked for damage in transit once received. If goods have been damaged in transit they should not be accepted and the carrier will bear the cost of returning the part to us. We will then re issue a replacement part to you.
