We are pleased to announce that on Tuesday 23rd March Phoenix Equity Partners a leading UK middle-market private equity firm completed their investment in the Company.
The transaction was led by Managing Director, Mark Roberts and AP's existing management team. Andrew Page will be closely involved with the business and continue as the Chairman of the Trading Company.
Phoenix's investment will support the management team in continuing to develop and grow the business. Significant additional capital has been earmarked to deliver the next phase of the business's development as well as to support and enhance current service levels.
Commenting on today's announcement, Mark Roberts said:
