We were pleased to see that customers had taken time out of their busy schedules to attend the show (especially in this financial climate) to see what was happening within the industry, as Neil Stretton from S.N Motor Services, York, discovered.
"I thoroughly enjoyed the show as it was a good opportunity to talk directly to the major manufacturers and suppliers about the latest developments in vehicle technology and equipment, it was also a good opportunity to catch up with some of the characters from our industry!"
The Training for Survival forums were both well attended. Customers were presented with new and existing training concepts for garages from Bosch, Delphi, the IMI and not forgetting our very own training concept AutoEducation. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what John Westerman from Warmsworth Service Centre, Doncaster, had to say.
"I thought the training forum was very informative and provided some excellent information, without being too long winded. I also wanted to find out some specific information on emissions equipment which was readily available from the manufacturers at the show."
Bosch, Sykes Pickavant, Texa and Sealey, to name just a few of the suppliers who exhibited at the show, were all on hand to demonstrate and present the latest in garage technology and equipment. Autotech is a unique experience for the suppliers and manufacturers, who seem to thoroughly enjoy the event as it gives them the opportunity to be face to face with the people that matter.
“The Autotech show again was a success for everyone involved. This event offers a unique opportunity for us as manufacturers to speak directly with Andrew Page customers in a very relaxed environment. As always the Tech Talk forum provided an opportunity for customers to get some additional information, which this year was focused on technical training.”

All in all the Autotech show proved to be a huge success and we could not have achieved such a high standard without you the customer and of course the exhibitors, as it would not be a show without their commitment. With another show in the pipeline we might be coming to a town near you soon…
