Starting out as a warehouse trainee I worked my way through the warehouse into telesales, onto task force and then to become the assistant manager at Huddersfield.

When I started here I worked in the warehouse, which I did for 18 months, I was then given the opportunity to move into the telesales office were I have enjoyed the challenges a telesales role can give.
In the 5 years that I have worked for Andrew Page Ltd I have had various job roles, ranging from in the warehouse, to task force, the Fleet department at head office, to my current role of telesales at the Manchester Branch.
I have always had the support and training covering all aspects in each of these roles and been given opportunities to progress within the company.
I really enjoy working for Andrew Page Ltd and the telesales office is a great environment to work in. It's fast paced with many different challenges facing you on a daily basis, we are constantly encouraged to improve our skills, share ideas, and work as a team to provide the best customer service for our customers.

I started at Andrew Page Ltd as a driver and soon progressed to become the dispatcher, a role I think I have done successfully for the last 4 years.
I enjoy managing the driving team and take pride in making sure the customers expectations are met. I take satisfaction from the statistics available each day, which measure the success of my role so that I know I have achieved my goals and contributed to the branches success. I hope to progress within the company in the future.
